Congrats, Alex!

A great piece and of course it's always great to visit with Laurent, Olivier, and the gang.  I'm a big fan of dark grey straps with these sorts of dials (witness the VC Deep Stream watches smile) and this looks fabulous.

Glad to hear that it has graced your wrist for a month now, and I wish you a great deal of happy wearing in the future!

Best,

Gary

Laurent Ferrier Micro-Rotor: I came, I saw...I was conquered

I had decided at one point to stop three handed watches, I already have a few which get plenty of wrist time and didn’t really want or need another in my collection. Last year I discovered the Laurent Ferrier Micro-Rotor and was stunned by how what seemed...

Beautiful watch.

If I remember correctly you have a Laurent Ferrier tourbillon as well. If so you have a tough decision of what to wear each day :-) Stewart

I've still yet to see one in person (although now i'm in Geneva again that shouldn't be

Agreed...

interesting to see how far LF has come in the past few years. I really like the LF Traveller, and I am sure you have seen the video on his website. I am sure his inspiration for that video came from VC's world-time video of two years ago. :-) What do you ...

We have similar tastes :-) Interesting you mention RJ as

my latest arrival is a RJ Spacecraft :-) sorry for the lousy iphone picture I like the Traveller quite a lot, the dials are beautiful and the case is achingly gorgeous, the price I believe is around CHF55k ...

I find the Spacecraft interesting. RJ is a funky brand...

...a perfect complement to the more traditional pieces. Why is LF Traveller so expensive? Wish it were sub CHF 30-35 K category.

Congrats, Alex!

To me, LF is the winner in many aspects. Congratulations, Alex. Regards Ling

You just convinced me to add the LF Micro-Rotor on my (growing) list. I wish the tourbillon onyx black dial was an option for me as I really love that piece, but unfortunately its out of reach. Does this come as a black dial in white metal as well? Rahul

congratulations

There are so many little details that make LF watches stand out in the most understated way. My favourite are the applied indexes,so charming and elegant. I love them all really, you did the right thing to pair your tourbillon with the micro rotor. LF will...

I have admired Laurent Ferrier beautifully crafted timepieces since they were first launched. The 2nd addition to your collection looks simply stunning and would, if I had the opportunity, be my exact choice. I have yet to see one of Mr Ferrier pieces liv...

Bravo Alex, what a sublime time keeping piece. I love every angle....

of it, stunning simplicity. As for the watch been an automatic, yes it is but for some strange reason, which my reason is ignorant of:), a micro- rotor somehow does not fit, in my mind, the definition of "automatic", I know it sounds weird but for me a mi...
